This is a really solid course for the beginner or casual player, or bringing the kids. Signage is great, and although some of the walks between holes are longer than typical, it's impossible to get lost if you follow the "next hole" arrows on the baskets. It's also pretty much impossible to lose a disc -- the course is almost entirely open and rarely gets near any rougher bushes that might conceal a disc. I can't stress enough how open the course is -- probably the most open course I've ever played. Something like 75% of the holes are just straight, completely unobstructed throws at unguarded baskets. Many of these are extremely short from the red tees, I think there were 4-5 holes that were 150-180 feet with nothing in the way. So it's the perfect course to get your first ace on!
This is not a course that's going to challenge any regular player, and if you are right-handed, it's set up so that pretty much every hole bar one is a backhand. I'm a very average player, played in the 50+ category in a few tournaments and usually finish somewhere in the middle, and I birdied about half the holes and really should have birdied more. (Next time I'll try the longer green tees and see what that's like.)
Overall -- nice little community course that's for the more casual player. If you're a disc golf regular, I think it could be a really good for is getting a feel for any new mid-range or putters in your bag.
