Out of Step Orchard is a small private newly starting farm on 2 acres of land. The course itself is contained to within about 1.5 acres and consists of 3 targets and 20 tee locations around the property. There are three different tee colour layouts (green, red, and white) as well as The Black Sheep's Loop which is a 20 hole full course layout. Each tee gives a whole new avenue of approach to the basket and allowing for each of the 20 holes of play to have multuple variations. Both 10 hole layouts are around half a mile and the 20 hole layout is just over a mile. The colored layouts are between 750 to 900 feet The green, red, and white layouts are configured with a slightly advancing degree of difficulty from tee set to tee set. Green is the easiest layout with open drives, easy approaches, and short putts. The red is of moderate difficulty featuring slightly longer obstructed drives making for two par 3s and a par 4. The white tee layout is the longest and the the most difficult configuration. Then there is the black tee on the back of the property which is the wooded hole at about 207ft. It starts with a difficult drive to a narrow fairway that is sided with thick brush going to a tree protected basket. All tee's pads are grass and marked with painted stones and logs and go to fairways with hard dog legs left and right. There are multiple large trees, extended branches, bushes, and brush around the baskets and fairways to block drives and knock down or eat up any discs thrown off line.
