Yakima Sportsman State Park

This is a legitimate championship course and the first course in WA to be at a State Park. The holes are long, technical, green, and well designed. It's a real joy to play this course, great flow, lots of running water on the hot days and trash cans throughout the course. There is a central bathroom location by hole 1. This is a legitimate championship course and the first course in WA to be at a State Park. The holes are long, technical, green, and well designed. It's a real joy to play this course, great flow, lots of running water on the hot days and trash cans throughout the course. There is a central bathroom location by hole 1. This is the first 18 hole course to be completely done with the new El Guapo Baskets, and their bright neon green powder coat and blue flags are hard to miss. Don't forget the State Parks require a $10 entry fee or $30 annual pass, but it keeps the park crowd to minimum, so there is hardly ever a problem with non-players in the fairway. If you're cruising through Yakima, stop and play, you won't regret it.
