Timber Valley at William's Park in Pawhuska, OK starts with a couple of open holes, then navigates into the woods where the rest of the course sits. The center of the property is a valley with a seasonal runoff creek running through it which provides a lot of elevation change and use of natural terrain for basket settings. The course has two tee boxes on 16 of 18 holes. Only hole 7 and 12 currently have a single tee box. All holes have both an A and B setting which changes the dynamics of the holes considerably. There are also a pair of Championship baskets placements (C settings) on a pair of holes as well. Technical course with danger looming if you get off the fairway or throw an errant shot.
