Shawn Harris 60 - Short tees (1-18), 18 holes "First time to play this course in at least eight years. Played with my brother and one of my buddies from Picayune. It's a pretty good course, but out of The Rez in Brandon, PBJ State Park and Buccaneer State Park, this is definitely my least favorite. The least forgiving course I've played. And there are only a couple of holes that I could birdie if I made really good throws, not the case with the other courses. So if you bogey a couple, it's pretty tough to get back to par. Shocking to me that all the holes are par 3s as well; while the distances aren't all that bad on some, there are a few that are approaching the distance of a good par 4, and with the hilly and unhill terrain on some, it's TOUGH to get them in 3. Wish it was a little better maintained. The grass was really high in most places, especially on the front 9 or so, and all the wet, loose grass from the previous cut made for some soggy shoes. Still a fun course to play and easy to get to off the interstate."
