Are you seriously bitching about TREES in disc golf? Wickes is awesome right now and is definitely the most challenging in the area. Trees are a part of the game. If you can't handle so many trees find a new fucking sport. You guys sound like you're part of the group of people who ripped down the tree transversing hole 17. After reading Jakkob Lammi's comments I wouldn't be surprised at all. Grow some balls.

hear hear on 10 and 11 you gotta remove that big tree on the right and some at the end and you cant even classify 11 as a hole its not that hard but its no fun and just plain stupid
Ryan Green November 25, 2012 at 4:15am
Thats too bad. It would make for a really sick course with the removal of about 75-100 small trees. Right now it seems you have to be more lucky than good.

12's fine more like 1, 6, 9, 10 between the basket and the trail 11, 15 and 18
Justin Rogers November 25, 2012 at 4:02am
thats dumb the tree on 6 has to go and so do alot of other on the back holes mainly on 12!
Jakkob Lammi November 25, 2012 at 3:21am
That's it they won't cut anymore we tried to tell them.
Ryan Green November 25, 2012 at 3:17am
Are the fairways going to be cleared of all of the trees or is the course finsished as is? I like a lot of the new hole designs.

if anyone finds a yellow S line control driver with my name on it on hole 10 by the basket i will pay for its return.
Jakkob Lammi November 4, 2012 at 9:19pm
You don't know what your talking about that tree should have never been there to begin with. Jokers hahahahahha
Adam Matthews November 3, 2012 at 2:27am
Can't believe how quick the tree moving across hole 17 was ripped down here, such a shame... It would be sweet if the Township could cement a big metal poll across where the branch was.

leaving the baskets in wouldnt hurt them , and we could walk from the road . There was some pretty nice days last winter , like 65 in feburary . Who do we need to convince to leave them in? I met the parks and rec guy once seemed like a decent guy he even told me he saw people playing in the winter even cleaning off the tee pads.
Matt Fradenburg November 1, 2012 at 2:01am
It was better last winter. we only had 10 baskets in, but nobody cared if we parked at the road and walked it in the dead of winter. that is what lured me to the sport, not this ruled and sanctioned crap. I hope as disc golf grows in the state, they keep it fun, because "no baskets in the winter" at a brand new course that needs to be beat in like hell seems pretty "unfun" son.

jeff j October 31, 2012 at 11:33pm

Lost yellow Buzz with a Master Brewer Assc logo on it on hole 6 on Sunday 9/30. Ive had this disc for 6 years a would love to get it back
Justin Rogers November 25, 2012 at 4:46am
no reason to go crazy in my opinion wickes is the best course within 100 miles only courses able to give it a run for its money is flip city, leviathan, hudson mills, bluegill, deerfield, and sleepy im just saying that it is quite obvious that some trees need to be removed just because you shoot a 30 over and use trees to your advantage doesnt mean we all do!!!
