Finally got a chance to play this little 9 hole layout today. For reference, the first tee is just inside the fence from the road at the edge of the parking lot. The signage for each "tee area" is pretty straightforward which was nice.
It's not a long course but I'd say on 7 of the holes, trees are used to make things more challenging. This is a course for some ace runs.
I gave it a B minus mainly because it had no actual teepads and it would have been cool if whomever set up the baskets added little arrows at each basket to direct you to the next tee area. Overall the course is easier and more fun I think than Darnestown. Bonus "points" for the dead deer carcass you have to throw over on the first hole just past the volleyball court. You can get through the 9 in about 30-35 minutes pretty easily.
Update 10/27/20
Changed my rating to a C. I had to prop up a bunch of the signs as they were on the ground. The first basket is missing. It does look there has been some effort to upgrade a few teepads, which nice, but it's now missing the basket for #1.
Also while there are some nice new teepad areas marked on the first few holes, there are still too many where you have to guess where the "teepad" area is and there is no marking at all for I believe the hole 6 tee pad.
Another thing that would be nice is a little arrow on each basket giving you a general idea of where the next tee pad is. Holes 1-2 are almost parallel to each other and you have to walk awhile to find hole 9 tee pad. It's all the way up near the road past the parking lot.
