A work in progress. Stumbled upon this course on vacation from Detroit. Beautiful scenery, worth it just for the views. Very windy, stable up your bag. Pretty short for the most part but elevation changes make things play more difficult. I'm a decent player and par felt good. Met a cool dude named Jared, he's putting in a lot of work and this course is destined to be a destination course. One hole was cropped up on a boulder hill and apparently made the INNOVA calendar, awesome! Technical ...

One of the coolest courses around. Possibly the most scenic middle 9 holes in the state. Watson Lake is a must play for anyone in Arizona.

Watson Lake is a Boulder Lovers paradise... well, half of the DGC anyways :p
18 Baskets and 27 Teepads total:
Original 9 has 2 Teepads. So Tees 1 and 10 share a Basket (9 and 18 etc...)
New loop of 9 holes are playing Veteran Baskets, with one tee. Numbered 5-13, they are across road from Basket 4(13), to the Left of restrooms. 14(5) Teepads are right after New 13.
This new loop has the Goods! Takes you out toward the Lake, and plays on the awesome boulder croppings :)

It's a good 9 hole course. There are secondary tee pads for each basket to make an "18 hole course". I was hoping for more....

A fun course set up around a beautiful lake with granite hills everywhere and a view of the San Francisco Peaks. Portions of the course are in open fields and the winds can be an issue. The middle part of the course works it's way through the granite canyons. It's not a very long course, but there are plenty of obstacles to make it challenging.
