How can this course be rated a B- when the highest rating is a C+? Makes you question the ratings on all these courses, doesn't it?

Stopped here to break the drive up going home to MI. People all over, couldn't find #1. Found #10 and was going to just play the back 9. Couldn't find #12. Sidewalks and trails winding around fairways so people and dogs all around. NOT layed out well !
