I lost a teal blue Buzzz SS the other day. If anyone finds it, please contact me. I believe it has my number on it. I will reward the finder with some cash or a couple discs!

Many people playing the course today, still very raw. but by downloading a map and by following the trees that has 2 strips of yellow flagging tape you'll have a better time finding the next hole. To which there's one strip of yellow flagging tape wrapped around a tree near the tee box. I hope this helps. It was also encouraging to see some players picking up the downed branches and pushing them to the edges of the fairway. Every little bit helps and if we can all do a little bit, then ... more

A couple of us are going to play here at 930 tomorrow morning. Would be awesome if someone who knows the course could make it out and show us around.

ACED # 16 , 285' 11-09-2015 Manfred Boewe and PK Deaner we're my witnesses. From what the designer Mr. Bill Griffith told me yesterday was that the park and it's summer help we're probably done till the spring on this course. The Aurora park dept is very encouraged by the positive feedback and the amount of players playing this course. tee signs will and the rest of the cement tees will come in 2016. I'll try again to download the maps & scorecards for everyone. Pati ... more

@ Kenny Boyert and Robert Olsen, Thanks for the kudo's. The day I aced # 16, they're were two 4's on the card. but the sweetest part above all was having a couple of my friends there to witness the insanity! (and to collect the $ 10 from both of them ;))

WOW it doesn't get any more challenging than this place. Long tough course. I'm glad I was with someone who knew their way around the course. Thanks Joe

I know the course, but I can't play until Friday. I plan on being there around 11am.

I work Friday. I have vacation November 12-18, if you could show me around one of those days. Thanks for the response.

[Not So] Sunny Lake is longer than Punderson from the blue tees. It's mean and I like it. This course will build or destroy your confidence. It's taken 89 - 100 strokes and ~3 hours to complete rounds. Lots of woods, water, and distance. Holes 3, 8, & 15 should be par 5's. Very few par 3 holes.

There is no course map or tee signs. To play, you really need to walk the course a few times or play with someone who has played a full round. Remember - baskets with orange ... more

there's actually 2 courses built into 1 parcel of land that was used for the course. It's very unique and it's going to be confusing. but your right, the orange baskets will be for the recreational players in mind and the rest of the baskets will be for the rest . At the present time, ... more

That is great there are two courses. I look forward to the improvements in 2016. I see they have many fairway trees already marked for removal. Bill Griffith designed an excellent course. Sunny Lake is a beautiful park.

I ventured up to check out the progress here. I kind of figured out where hole 1-5 and 16-18 are. All I can say is wow! Once this courses finished it is going to be monster. There are some amazing holes.

It's a beautiful park and going to be an awesome addition to NEO disc golf scene.

Also talked to Sam the ranger out there and he seemed eager to see people out playing.
