Pittsburgh's first permanent disc golf course is located in historic Schenley Park with views of downtown. It was originally constructed in 1988 and improved with concrete tees a decade later, A 2008 renovation brought in new tee signs and baskets as well as a 3rd set of pin positions. One third of the holes are on an open grassy hillside. The bulk of the course, however, is tightly packed into heavy woods.
Long Tees = Blue Tees
Short Tees = White Tees
Both layouts are all par 3's. Main road that runs through park is OB. Access road behind hole #5 is not OB. #6 blue has a mando, if missed drop zone is the white tee. #8 has double mando, if missed drop zone is the red tee. Parking lot behind #8 is OB. Parking lot and road by hole #10 and #11 are OB. Access road that runs through #8-14 is NOT OB. #15 blue tee has a mando, if missed drop zone is the white tee.
Please clean up after yourself and be considerate to other park goers. Don't throw if people are in the way.
