Jon Tveite 28 - Short tees, 9 holes "Got in a quick nine at the course nearest my parents' house. It's not bad--come a long way since I first played it over a decade ago. Most of the holes are tightly wooded, and I was not very precise today, but the holes aren't that long and I was able to make pars, most of the time, even after hitting trees off the tee. The birdie was just a short (170') spike hyzer with my putter over some trees. I should have had another on #4, but I blew an uphill 25-footer. My best drive was on the fairly long #9, where I split a narrow fairway and had an easy approach for par."Monday, August 20, 2012

Jon Tveite 31 - Long tees, 9 holes "I hadn't played this course in a long time, though it's very close to where my parents live. It has improved a lot, with concrete tee pads, good navigation markers, and even a second set of tees so you can play a slightly different second nine. They still seem to have problems with the baskets: last time one was missing, and now two have no chains at all. Many of the holes are tight, and I wasn't throwing especially well, but I enjoyed this quick round enough that I'll be more likely to try the course again in the future."Monday, March 19, 2012
