This is my "home course". Lots of shorter wooded holes so opportunities for ace runs (2, 3, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 17, even 18. The longer holes are in the open area from 4 through 8, but only one of them is a par 4 at over 400 feet. A few blind tee shots (1, 5, 6, 8). I feel 1, 8 and 13 are the (my) hardest holes on the course. Nice shot variety, especially the 3 finishing holes - 16 is long and straight but protected by a large tree on the right early in the shot and then surrounded by trees at the basket, 17 is a slight right to left with trees guarding the left side and behind, and 18 is a good anhyzer left to right hole with a large tree guarding the right side. If a few of the tee boxes were fixed and then trees that were not there 13 years ago cleaned up out of the fairways, it would get a higher rating as it is a fun course with good variety. Both of my aces to date are at this course (holes 3 and 11). Nice flower variety around holes 2 and 3 in the spring. Occasionally you can see deer here. Never have seen it crowded here.
