Great fun with absolutely beautiful views as the course is on top of a hill overlooking the Lisbon suburbs. Happy to see Portugal has its first course. Long arms need only mids and putters. Short arms like me need drivers. Tee pads are short and some have only soft sand - hard to drive for distance. Rough and fairways are the same and can be thick, so accurate drives matter if the grass is long…you will be searching if you miss. Rough and fairways are the same and can be thick, so accurate drives matter if the grass is long…you will be searching if you miss. There will likely be some wind, though when I played it was a beautiful late November day with light (but still noticeable!) winds. Trees are still young and not a significant problem - most holes can be played forehand or backhand - though I managed to hit a couple anyway. 9 holes, but there is an 18 hole layout in UDISC if you want to play it twice, which I did.
