The initial 9 hole layout at Oregon Park was approved by Cobb County and put into play in early 1990. Myself and Tim Geib were the 2 main players who worked with the county and John David to get this course designed and in the ground. It pleases me immensely to see that it's grown and is still thriving all these years later.
