Fun course that starts in the open, moves to more elevation holes and woods. Swamp and water comes into play on a few holes too. Good time to shoot some plastic! If you are in the Battle creek area, stop over and get a round in.

The layout for the original 18 is not too bad but the main issue I have with the course is that the property the course is on was not utilized well at all. A massive pond with plenty of fun shots has no pins on its edges, no throws over water. Holes seem to just be randomly strewn about, especially the first 5 holes and 12-15. I would rate this course higher if the land was used better, more use of elevation, better pin placements (more difficult), improvement of the tees, etc. The new 6 holes a ...

Free park. 24 Holes here now so it is easy to be here for longer than you've expected. Lots of safari possibilities. Apparently there is an extended 18 hole layout also. Making some holes 500'-600'. Disc King baskets sound funny when they catch. Some Chainstars here on the extra holes. Really there is a nice variety with a good righty/lefty mix and sometimes adding extreme elevation. After long deliberation I think this course is turning out to be a good one. Needs more/better signage.

New cement tee pads just laid throughout the course, making it that much better....

Nice course, only thing it really needs is cement pads.

sweet course, good variety of distance and technical holes, tees are not great, but who the fk cares, its worth the drive..

Bit simple, a good regular course. I prefer throwing the 24.

Great course, a lot of good elements (water hazards, trees and low and high hills).

Balanced variety of open and wooded holes, ups and downs, and water hazards. A bit on the shorter/easier side of things but a fun round of casual play.

Wish some of the older reviews could be changed/removed. Definitely a better course than many of them show. Easily playable for beginners, but very fun for advanced players also. Love Irving!

definitely an excellent course has a little bit of everything...elevation change, extreme water hazards, mostly open but some wooded. a lot of holes that you really get to THROW. several 500 plus holes

Love Irving. Took a semi shady park and made it into a great place to play a leisurely round.

Some of the signs are missing which makes it a little hard to navigate. Really fun course to play. The distance on the holes are nice. Still requires technical shots but also allows for big drives. Many ace opportunities!

Course does not flow well, with "extra holes being added over the years to the original 18 hole layout. Extra signs would also be nice. Backtracking required to play all of the holes, and you won't find them all without help from a local.

Navigation sucks as some of the signs are missing/broken. Really fun course to play. Huckers unite, as noobs invade this course. Nice mix of technical shots but also allows for long bombs. Many ace/duece opportunities! Keep an eye on your discs here as many like to pocket your disc. They have that dumb look on their face, when you ask,Did you see a disc over here?

fun up and down course with elevation changes and mix of wooded and open holes. could use some updates for navigation, course map could not be found anywhere on line or at the course. There are a whole bunch of extra holes around and would be great to know if i played the correct 18.

Not a bad course. Easy open fairways. Difficult trees. Tunnel shots. Little bit of a water hazard. If 16 hasn't been cleared yet, really needs to. Lost a disc there and in the little pond by 12.

Decent mix of short and long holes. Quite a few ace runs. Not very challenging overall. Some signs are missing, but the ones still up give good direction. Trash all over the place.

The course offers little to no challenge at all for intermediate/advanced players, very beginner friendly. It's all open field and under 300 ft shots (except for maybe 5 of the 27 holes). Still doesn't have teepads for the alternate holes after 5 years since the first ones went in. Trash everywhere, signs are damaged/missing. Be warned this course has a lot of sticky fingered players.

The course is hard to navigate. Played a quick 9 and nothing really special about the back 9.

Dirty park. On par with the rest of BC courses. Go to kzoo or Three Rivers if you want a nice park with a good golf atmosphere

Irving Park is a great city course right near downtown Battle Creek, MI. Now with 27 baskets you can play customized layouts of your choosing or all 27. This course has a good mix of open and wooded fairways. A couple large ponds make for some challenging and rewarding shots. I really like how the course begins in open fields near a large pond then flows into a large wooded hillside with remnants of rubble from the city’s past. The course has great views of the city skyline and wildlife such ...

Good combination of short and long wooded to lightly wooded holes with nice elevation. This older course is still nice but could benefit from upgraded signage, baskets and concrete pads. A few trash cans, benches and a restroom. Plenty of geese so be wary of droppings.
