This course has grown over the years. The trees are starting to fill out - creating some tough shots if you travel off the fairway. The tee's are shorter than desired but are still usable. Signs have been replaced by the city (hole 14 used to have the sign for hole 11 - not any more). Good community feel, easy to navigate. A sidewalk circles the course and is fun to play as a river (OB) or just "sidewalk and beyond" to really make it more challenging. There are 3 Ace-Worthy holes - short but fun. This is a good course to learn and grow on. There's a solid mix of young kids to old fogies out there bangin' chains! The baskets are Mach IV (I think) and are in good condition. One big downside is the squirrel holes that can roll your ankle. In the summer time - bring sun screen, water, and be aware of the stinging nettle plants that grow in the course.

Some of the holes were embarrassingly short, 87', 95', 125', but one of the holes by the lake was 498'. I think this course could easily be a B+ or A- if it got a sign for Hole 1 and got regulation-size tee boxes ...
