personally i can't stand the course. but this is where the best disc golfers in richmond play. it's very technical. area is kind of shady. someone got robbed a few months back at 1:45 in the afternoon. i was playing at 1:15. If you can post a good score here you can handle any course in richmond

I liked the course but had to walk it back wards to find hole 1. I didn't even know if I was teeing off from the right place for 1. The whole course is very confusing with holes and pads all mishmashed, and there was no map or legend at the start (?????) to top it off. I did like the varied field and wooded holes and the different elevations.

A grand example of urban decay. Broken glass, bramble and bricks create a fairway of post-apocalyptic play. Terrible signage or lack of signage creates confusion for navigating the course. Thankfully, someone with spray paint was so kind to mark the pads, the trees, the wastebaskets and every other object in Gillies’ park. The course was easy and for it being a technical course, poppycock, Bayville, Pharaoh’s Tomb, and University of Richmond are much better courses to hone ones technical skills.

Fun course. Tree's and hills. Nice layout. Only thing I'm not a fan of. My dog goes everywhere with me. No dogs allowed on the course. No body gave me any trouble though.

Fun 18 that can be played pretty quickly. Not bad for a close to downtown course.

They have done a nice job clearing our much of scrub brush and trash, course played very nicely. It would be nice for those unfamiliar with course to have better directions for next tee boxes and goal locations
