I am a bit confused by the intentional misleading review thing in this area. I am guessing there is some concerted effort, that the local disc golf community finds beneficial, but the impression to any traveling player is really damaging. The Northwest corner of our state has had a tremendous reputation for it's players, courses, clubs and community. It says it’s private and need a guide to play I planned on coming up this summer to see family and get a lot of discing in how do I go about getting a guide

To anyone that is a local giving this course a bad rating just to keep people away need to go and evaluate why they play disc golf. I have heard nothing but good reviews from anyone who’s played here. Don’t listen to the reviews if you want to check it out. I heard it’s absolutely gorgeous and a great course. Go throw.

Wasp nest!! On 7.5 (A) there's a pine tree down, right side of where the path starts to hole 8. About 30 ft from basket.

Heading up to traverse city for a weekend of disc golf. I know the course is listed as private but I'd love to get out to this course. I was reading below and it said to contact Adam to let him know. How would I get in contact with him?

Hey Jerry. Best bet is to message him on Facebook personally or via the Garbage Hill Disc Golf Course page on there. Course will be closed this Sunday for a tournament. May be a few of us there tomorrow doing some cleanup etc.

I wouldn't waste your time - this course is terrible. But if you really want to be disappointed, I'd be down for a round on the 25th

Its just a joke. And like you said they are private courses. We use discgolf scene to post private scores for private events. Sorry for the confusion.
