Belle Isle would be nice. Until all the baskets are stolen and sold for scrap. Do you see why there are so many courses North and West. Even a couple East. South on the other hand....

I heard someone is trying to build a course out on Belle Isle. I think that would be awesome.

I have a roll of military grade 24hr glow tape. Im gonna throw a ring of tape around each pole, far brighter then the glow paint and will hold that brightness all night long.

Ok it's time! glow is in the house at firefighters dont forget your black lights, glo discs, your lights on the discs. There is glo paint on the baskets and they work good. To the Wednesday Night League Players make sure you pack right for the dark.

@ Mike-One other thing that I forgot, and probably the most important item of all; throw what feels right in your hand. Everyone has their go to disc, their favorite plastic, and all that. I love Bosses, but the wide rim can't be held and thrown right by some people. The general consensus from everyone is that the Buzzz is the end all be all in midranges, but some people prefer the Roc. It all comes down to what you feel comfortable with, and trust. It takes some tim, and a lil bit of money ... more

@Nate - sorry man. I hope they turn up!
@Chris Leo - any luck with the Mini?
@Mike Dupuis - check this out: http://www.discgolfscene.com/profile/1445/pictures/album_613/119599#119599
I copied the flight chart from the Innova website and posted its pic in my Profile pictures. Hit me up if you have any more Q's, especially about that father-time issue. I know it all too well >-( ;-)

Clear as mud (hah). Seriously your explanation was helpful Brandon, I appreciate it. Thanks Chris Leo for the web site link. I started playing this year in May. Unfortunately personal issues kept me off the course for most of the summer (except for this last saturday at fire fighters).

I don't have any intention of becoming a pro. I do it for the workout (you'll understand as you get older and father time creeps in). Much more invigorating and cost effective than most summ ... more

Wow mike, you weren't kidding when you said you were a rookie lol. Eh, we all had to start somewhere. Its good that you're asking the questions though. What you see are the speed, the glide, the turn, and the fade of your disc. Speed is obvious, how fast it travles through the air...as a general rul, faster discs will usually go farther, but that's not a law. The glide is how well the disc stays (floats) in the air. Higher number, higher float. Your drivers and other distance disc ... more

Question, I bought a Groove disc. It has 4 numbers on it. What do these numbers mean. Its a square with 13 / 6 in the top two boxes and -2 / 2 in the bottom 2 boxes. Since I'm strickly a back handed thrower I was wondering if certain numbers i should gravitate towards or stay away from.
