Mostly open with scattered trees. A few water hazards and a walking path serve as OB. Light rough on a few holes. Older Mach 3 baskets. Nice concrete pads and signage. Well maintained .

Good place to practice your drive. Only real downside is it being right in front of an apartment building's windows so if you're having a bad day try to remember there's probably people watching you.

Fairly straight forward course. Main downside is that, unless it a dry summer day, this course has a ton of standing water and mud.
