Great course. Plenty of elevation changes throughout the course, leaving the player with a decent workout if carrying a backpack. The elevation changes make some holes play short and some play much longer. A few holes really allow for a player to unleash on a drive or two. The rough is trimmed well, making the course much less punishing than previous years. Worth the $6.50 entrance fee 100%

Wide open fairways. Yery nice course. Clean, good signage, tee pads and lots of elevation. Par is 56.

Very scenic course on rolling hills. Plenty of elevation change, and a couple of 800ft holes. Pretty easy to hit par as long as you keep your drives on the fairways, however, the rough is VERY rough. Best course in the immediate area, worth the $3 entry fee.

When the rough is allowed to grow tall and the fairways are mowed short, this is one the prettiest, and most challenging, courses I've ever played. These days they keep the rough mowed down, so there is less stinging nettle and thorns to punish bad shots.
The black flies (those gnat-like things hovering around your head) like to feed as soon as the sun starts to fade. Be ready -- they hurt when they bite.

Great course for the area. The fee is now $5, but it is so worth it. The rough does make it a bit more challenging. There are holes surrounded by thick forest. Very fun, and usually only moderately busy.

This course was fine. Good elevation changes, length, and layout. I'd probably rate it a B+ if it were free, but I have a much higher standard if you expect me to pay to play. I did not find this course worth the fee.
It's more expensive than Blue Ribbon Pines but with fewer holes, less maintenance, and fewer amenities.
You probably won't catch me back here.
