Patrick Treude 51 - Mid tees, 18 holes "Round 2. Even though most holes are short, surprisingly difficult. I started a second round but almost lost my Sidewinder. It took me an hour total to find it. But, was too tired to finish round."Saturday, July 3, 2021

Scott Ransley 52 - Mid tees, 18 holes "Rnd 3. Ate a western omelet at Woody Rhode's Breakfast Emporium and headed off to the course. No players meeting. As soon as you could get your guys together, you just went to hole 1 to start. Bad start. Missed a deuce putt on 1, then bogied 2 and 3, to give up 2 shots of my lead. Didn't have another bogie until 18 (two meter rule). Finished with 5 birdies and three bogies. Got the lead back to 6 heading into the final round. Wind is picking up and we are playing longs in the final round."+9
Scott Ransley 64 - Long tees, 18 holes "Rnd 4. Started with 6 shot lead on 2nd and 12 on 3rd. Big headwind on hole 1. I failed to get over it the 2nd round. Made it over this time with the Rampage, but only by a few feet. Rickle(2nd place) threw too high and crashed just into the water. I took a three, and he took a six for a nine shot lead. We both bogied hole 2, and then he took another 6 on hole 3 to pretty much end it early. I just had to not be real stupid. I did play stupid just not real stupid, and held on to win by 10. Finished with 2 bogies, 4 doubles(ouch) and no birdies. We all played pretty bad. I even won our CTP with a 150 foot drive on a 270 hole. Great payouts. He paid $200, $100, and $50 to first, second and third in a five person division."Saturday, September 17, 2011

Scott Ransley 44 - Short tees, 18 holes "Rnd 1. Well, another tiny tourney. 20 people total. 5 am1s. TD added a bunch of money to the prizes, including a free $300 ace pool. Staggered start on hole 1. Only bogey was on hole 1. Eleven birdies. Six shot lead."+9
Scott Ransley 64 - Long tees, 18 holes "Rnd 2. Failed to make it over water on hole 1. Finished with a five there, 8 bogies and 1 birdie. Lost two shots off my lead, so up by four. Mid tees for rnd 3 tomorrow, then td surprise for last round. We all got invited to a free potluck dinner put on by the campground. Stuffed myself."Friday, September 16, 2011

Scott Ransley 50 - Short tees, 18 holes "What a nice course. Three sets of tees. I played three rounds at the same time. Tight tunnels, three water shots, nice use of elevation. Has a real feel like you are out in the wilderness. Only one on the course, till I ran into a couple hiking who told me there was a bear sighting there recently. Lost a disc on the first hole from the white (mid) tees."
