I really like this course! It has a nice, peaceful atmosphere about it with the open setting, pond, shelters, and walking path available. While most of the holes are extremely wide open and essentially allow you to make an unabated run at the basket(s), many of them are in the 300-330 ft. range so you definitely want to bring your "A" game at least as far as distance is concerned. There are a few enjoyable technical holes in the woods area though where you'll need to navigate through trees/obstacles. The teepads and signs are superb and navigation is very simple due to the course being well laid out along with signs that point towards the next hole when necessary. The only knock on the course is the lack of variety. There are different holes that require different throws/techniques but for the most part, you simply need to make a straight run at the basket. Still, that is a very minor gripe because this course is a real diamond in the rough!

Another nice neighborhood course in the Dayton area, pleasant drive through Moraine inside a park with a lake. Water only comes into play on one hole, but it can easily be avoided by safely throwing to the right. When it isn't windy the course is fairly easy, although there are enough trees to force good shotmaking on about half the holes.
