Myself and Dom of Disc & Design have been working on revitalizing this course for around the last year or so. Next tee basket arrows have been added along with basket lights for glow rounds. Long hanging branches have been trimmed on hole 1, 3, 6, and 8. The big thorn bushes by the tee pad on hole 8 and overgrowth on the path between hole 2-3 has all been cleared out. Since we've been holding leagues and tournaments there it seems that the airport cuts the grass on a more frequent basis (roughly every 2-3 weeks as needed). It has come a very very long way since we started on this project and this course is very very playable and has a lot of character to it. We are also planning on adding 3 temp holes to make it a 12 hole course in the future.

Course is not well maintenanced but it's not owned by a park system; it's nice that they even have a course. It's a fun practice course but not something for a long drive. I will definitely be back to play again since I'm close.

Very unkept fairways and very open holes makes this course a great course to practice on, and that's all it really is. You need ridiculous distance to even come close to the posted par scores. Rusty b ... show more ›

Very unkept fairways and very open holes makes this course a great course to practice on, and that's all it really is. You need ridiculous distance to even come close to the posted par scores. Rusty baskets, hard to find kick pads and nonexistent signs for most holes makes this course the worst I've ever played.

It's sad really... course is still there, and I go there 2-4 times a week just to practice. Continually emailing the airport for them to mow the grass and weeds but I don't get any answers. #1, #2 and ... show more ›

It's sad really... course is still there, and I go there 2-4 times a week just to practice. Continually emailing the airport for them to mow the grass and weeds but I don't get any answers. #1, #2 and #7 are very challenging. #3, #4, #5, and #8 you need big distance to even sniff at the posted par scores. #9 is a great place to practice putting at the end of your round since no one else is generally there.

This was my first disc golf round ever. Despite this being the first, its hard to imagine a worse course than this. Very difficult to navigate. Almost skipped a few holes until I found them. It was essentially a giant muddy field. F instead of F- because it did have baskets, and I imagine no baskets would be the only way to make it worse.

Despite this, I'll definitely go back. I am a beginner, so this will be nice to practice on since it is essentially an open field, and it will allow me to practice every type of shot.

tough course...a lot of distance needed to keep your score down. terrain creates some interesting hazards, but it is generally open. tee pads are horrible, and nobody maintains the course. but it is a great place for practice, since nobody plays there. wish it had more holes though, cuz there is definitely the room for more. update 8/30/11 this course is wiltering away...the last mud v-ball tourney has left the course littered with trash and now most of the kickboards are gone...sad. this course could have been so much more. i have a feeling it won't be around too much longer.

Pros
- Billboard has a map that seems accurate enough
- The sign at the park entrance clearly states the disc golf course
- Nice signs at the tees showing you where you need to throw
- Baskets have number labeling what hole they are for
- The flow is a very nice figure 8 and hole #8 end at hole #1
- This course has very low traffic for disc golfers and walkers/bikers
- There are trash cans and the course is clean
- There is no vandalism
- The grounds have good upkeep. The grass is kept low and the bushes are trimmed.
- This may be a small course but it has some nice long distance shots. Great place to come and practice out in the open field!
- The ditch around the basket on hole #8 provides a bit of a challenge

Cons
- Limited parking, no pavilions
- Very boring scenery and landscape
- Billboard information is outdated
- Single tees
- Natural tees with wooden kick boards that are rotting
- No signs to next tee
- Baskets are in poor condition
- There is a walking path, beware of walkers and bikers
- No bathrooms
- No elevation shots
- Nothing else here like a playground, pool, baseball field etc…

Other Thoughts
- This is not a challenging course and you do not need a large variety of throws
- The most challenging hole is #7. You have the choice of going left or right of the trees but beware of the road and heavy traffic.
- My favorite hole is hole #2 for the challenge of making it in between the trees for max distance
- This is not a Must go to course. Hit it if you have free time only.

Not an overly exciting course. Holes are pretty straight forward, and mostly long. A place to work on your wind throws as it is wide open and often windy. Its circuitous nature allows you to catch all the wind angles. Throwing par here is a true test. There are a set of short tees but they have been allowed to deteriorate due to lack of use and no tee signs. Very rarely used. No facilities at all.
