For the normal course, I would rate it a C+. It is a great course to learn on with a mix of wide open holes, tight lines, low ceilings and water hazards. Multiple pins available and a short course.

For Cessna Championship layout, the course is absolutely amazing. So I rated the course as the mid-ground between the two.
