Mike - They have the details of when they are open to the public on their website. Within the boundaries they have posted...I still call them in advance and ask if the course is open. Because it is owned by a Church, they do have events there that they close the course during their standard "open" time frame. Bottom line...it opens up again in September. I think there is at least one or two tourneys once it opens. It is a bit of a hassle, but it is a good course. And when you get there you'll see they keep it in good condition. Mix of long and short with technical challenges.
