I love everything about this course minus 1 thing: a legit Par 4 hole. Almost everything is an Ace run here. My 2 exceptions are #1, the long, at 293ft. & #5 w the wooded alley shot. 2 of my 3 rounds I punched my drive through tiny, luck shot openings on the right where the trees were heaviest. If you can punch through it’s deucable, but to reach #5 would be outright luck (for a conventional righty). The thing about #1 is the distance and being the first hole. 293 is a bit far for my reach and ...

If you can punch through it’s deucable, but to reach #5 would be outright luck (for a conventional righty). The thing about #1 is the distance and being the first hole. 293 is a bit far for my reach and I found myself outside the circle all 3 times never attaining a deuce. It’s really just a big hard hyzer shot off of that tee. #2 is sick. There’s a tough opening on the right but if you have a righty forehand or in my case a midrange ani s-curve it’s reachable. I love the retaining wall to the right of the basket. If you mess that up and go over that wall it requires a short but elevated putt that can be unnerving. #2 is an Ace run. #3 you could throw a putter or lightly toss a understable midrange that’s gonna cut back for ya. #3 is an Ace run. I was tossing my Anvil on #3 tee pad . Between 3 & 4 is the perfect shelter to take a seat for a stop if needed. This course was just redone in the Fall. It is beautiful and the shots are so much fun to take. If you are alone you need to empty your bag of midrange on every tee. So fun! #4 is 1 of my 2 favorite holes. Line drive. Very short. #6 is a fairway driver w a lil hyzer on it. #6, yep, another Ace run. #7 is the 3rd toughest hole on the course. Definitely an Ace run but ya gotta miss obstacles and get lucky. #8 Ace Run. #9A, over the water… NOT intimidating at all after done once. Then, as you cross the bridge to go around for your drop in deuce, SURPRISE!! A 10th tee pad! #9B, sharing the #9A basket, a final Ace run. 9 baskets, 10 tee pads. Everything Aceable except #5 & (in my opinion) #1. #1 a tough 2. Go 3x’s and play 30 holes, Par 90. B+ is about what I can do for a great practice 9 hole course like this. For what it is, I really REALLY like it. If I lived in DFW I would play here all the time.
