Is this the location of the course? Looks like a dirt road... is that right?

Yes, that's right. Remember this course is only installed once a year during the tournament.

What is the exact location of this course? Driving directions take me to the Canyon's Resort in Park City.... Is this the correct location.... It says it's in Heber City.
