New course to Plainfield Illinois! 9 holes. Teepads are AstroTurf surfaced, actually provided some nice grip. Great new baskets from DiscGolfPark.com! A combination of wide open bomber holes and some technical wooded. I wouldn't advise playing here when it is windy like I did, no place to hide. Course is OK, for what the designer had to work with. Quite a walk from the nearest parking lot, to hole #1. I bagged this course to say I played it, but when I go back to Chicago to play, there are much better options. Played it in winter, be prepared for the prairie grass in summer, as it comes into play on a few holes. Water is also in play on a few holes, beautiful stream meanders through last several holes. I could see an expansion to 18 holes in the future, but the holes would need to be shortened. Well done Plainfield, a nice addition to the disc golf landscape in the West Suburbs of Chicago!
