Today, We are putting a short layout with red wood pegs and white number signs. Holes vary from 140-200 and hole 4 and 17 are the same. I will be updating DGS and UDisc with the layout

Hole 8 is also the same

Jeff Dunn CTDG    January 5, 2022 at 7:52pm

FYI, Josh Russell has done cleanup work on the OG 9 already and made short pads back there and there are plans to make a short pad layout with dirt pads (for now) for a more beginner friendly layout and more ace runs. I will be marking the short pads in the next couple weeks.

Just a tiny bit of work left to do on 2 and 4 but the course is totally playable now. Short 2 is a kodak moment. A great wintertime 18 holes is to play a course combo. Play the OG 9. When you come out go kitty corner right to the west side of the big pavillion. There are red flags. Play to the 9 ... more

Does anyone know what happened to 14’s basket?

AGAIN!?!?! Wtf

Attn disc golfers. After months of hard work, Taymouth Twp Park in Burt ( west birch run) has got a huge makeover and is now ready to play. This course now boasts 18 holes with longs and shorts. Teepads are spiked down, extra large, 4 X 10 wall carpet, ( this stuff is awesome! ) Freshly painted chainstar baskets. A great mix offf holes with 6 out in the park and 12 wooded holes. This course now has a landscaped and elevated basket with death putt. 4 single mando's for safety and fun. Sever ... more

I would like to see some, if not all 18 holes moved back by the original 9. That property is superb for disc golf. The og 9 is WAY better than the 18. But last I knew, nothing at all had been done to the og 9. But all 27 holes back there could be off the charts.

Just played through the OG 9 and it’s very playable. A little soggy in spots. It not terrible, a few big trees down will be the biggest work. I can get my pushmower back there to get around the greens and tees and mulch up some stuff. Unfortunately my gas chainsaw took a crap and all I have right now is my electric chainsaw otherwise i would get some of those down trees out of the way.

Thx.

Is the O.G. 9 playable around this time of year? Tried to play it last year, and it was practically unplayable. Would love to try it out along with the amazing 18 attached.

It is. There’s a few holes that are squishy and the last couple weeks a little overgrown around 2 baskets

Joey Smith   June 6, 2020 at 1:05pm

Ok thanks

Ryan Martin    July 26, 2019 at 5:50pm

I left a pink opto gold fuse out there a few weeks ago. I know it's a long shot.

THE COURSE IS BEING DESTROYED! Somebody is taking their ATV all over the course and doing donuts around and around and around trees in the fairways, making deep circled ruts and big circled mounds of loose dirt. They even have done this around one basket, SO FAR. This stuff never ceases to amaze me.

No Course Map and virtually no signs indicating what hole your on or where to go next. The grounds are beautiful and has a lot of potential but this course is neglected. The grounds keeper didn't have an idea at all about how the course was laid out.

Corbyn Blackwell- Thanks for having my back!

Brian Gentz   November 6, 2017 at 4:56pm

Jon Camp- Not trying to know your "Advanced Level" course. I am stating my opinion of the course. If the holes were clearly marked which they are not I would have enjoyed my experience there a great deal more.

Corbyn Blackwell   November 6, 2017 at 5:07pm

That's cool about the disc! And no problem some people just look to far into things

Ryan Martin    May 23, 2017 at 2:30pm

How many total hole are at this course?

Jon Camp   May 23, 2017 at 12:55pm

Original 9 hole loop with orange Mach 2s and the newer 18 hole loop on the front side with chainstars minus the ball field which original basket was stolen has been replaced with a new basket.

Josh Russell   May 23, 2017 at 2:37pm

Last I knew there wasn't a basket on hole 9 of the original nine. Has that been replaced?

Found a dyed Valkyrie in the tournament on Sunday no name or number. I can't remember which hole it was on. Tell me what the design is and it will be returned.

I've never been to the course, but am thinking about going on Sunday. Are all 27 holes in/playable?
