B+ The Rooster Aug 2022 Pros: Concrete tee pads; nice tee signs; decent layout
Cons: Pads could be a couple feet longer; navigation was a little tough at times.
A+ Steven Sheppard Sep 2020 Today; early fall 2020 and wow! I played the "Twisted" for the first time. This course is pretty. Much like walking through a pristine state park. I enjoyed walking through the pine forest; and of course playing disc golf. I will play this course again.
A- Cody Morrison Aug 2019 the longer course, very well taken care of, one of my state favorites
A Cleveland Knowles Jul 2018 If you like long ”400-700” holes with plenty of trees and sweeping fairways, you need to play the Twisted. There’s some sweet little tight ace runs in between to mix it up. Over all the course is looking great right now. Love Disc golf in the Maine woods.
A+ Gary Vigue Jan 2018 great course love playin here
B+ Collin Pope Jan 2015 Solid course, good variety. Lots of trees, so leave those max-distance drivers at home. Small pro shop(Good MVP selection). Very friendly staff. Minimal waiting.

A lot of the same type of holes. Little elevation change. Tight don't go off the fairway tweener holes. Hole 4, 700ft. Is an amazing challenge with a left right turn a little downhill tuck at the end ... show more ›
A+ Shamus R Jul 2014 Great courses here! Played here for the first time today and loved the layout. The only things i could ask for are a better selection of discs for sale and for this place to be closer to home. The layout is a great mix of long/short, straight/curved, wooded/open holes. Will be back
A Big Nige Jun 2013 Beautiful course! The longer more difficult of the two courses. Some really nice 600 to 700+ ft par 5s winding through the trees. Very well maintained and clean. I absolutely love this course.

B Robin WW Aug 2014 Fairly easy. Beautiful. Holes 6,9,&17 are awesome! Holes 1,4,13&16 are too easy birdie holes.$4 a round or $8 all day. Real Nice people run it. Id fo back.
A Big Nige Jun 2013 The shorter of the two courses. Good warm-up course. Lots of par 3s. Well maintained and super clean. Each hole is well marked with maps of basket locations and arrows o trees showing where to throw. The 18th hole par 3 throwing over the pond is a great finale to this fun little course.
A+ Josh Semprebon Apr 2011 the best course in Maine so clean
A+ Kyle Lincoln Oct 2010 Dave and Barbra are fantastic, the course is great and always have a great time at Ackers!
