Updated twice this w/e. The tee pads were laid perfectly. I can really appreciate the adjustments made on #5 to avoid throwing over that parking lot we wouldn’t be able to deal w had cars been there the previous year. The long tee shot today from the upper parking lot was a great placement by Tom leaving almost no window to the right as is off of the short cement tee pad over to the right of the long tee shot.
A lot of fun in the aspect of there are deuces to be had here at Tom West Memorial Park.
Good practice course. I love the 3 practice baskets set up in front. There are a lot of driver shots vs midrange off of the tee markers that would lead to long putts and short approach shots. I played 20 holes tonight and never pulled any of my midrange out of my bag. The 1 tee marker I got confused w was #9. New tee pad clears up where to go obviously from #8 basket. Would need arrow for long tee opposite way uphill to lot. Everything here is routine 3's. I did not get a deuce tonight. 9 hole course. *No long Par 5 or 4.
Definite improvements over the course of a year. Tom has good people around him like the kind Kevin Connell. They are good ambassadors to our game.
