Detroit Palmer Park

3/13/26. Course is playable. Needs to be maintained for sure. Those little nub tree stumps sticking 4-6” out the ground anll over the place about broke my foot multiple times. Still one of my favorite courses around. Seen no lie 15 deer together today at hole 4/5 that was cool.

As of 8/3/25 the course is in the best condition I've seen since it opened. No standing water, very few bugs/mosquitoes.

Course is dry and well cut. Hole 15 is closed through today (7/31) so DPD and friends can park close to the entrance to some PGA event happening.

Course is holding water on virtually every hole, as well as walks between holes... more swamp than course. May not be playable until we get a hard freeze.
