Yes, super hard to get in. You have to check the Northern Colorado Facebook page all the time to see when Pre-Reg starts, sells out in about a day. I will be running a lot of fun events through Fort Collins Fun Disc Golf. I try to have our schedule posted by March. Feel free to look us up on Facebook. We do causal outings over the winter.

I've looked up a few club sites with sample proposals. You can always tweak them to who you are proposing it to. I think it is important to show them how much it could benefit the community. It is one of the cheapest sports to install. Health benefits (getting those steps in), all walks of life and skill levels, they can actually "Clean up" bad areas of drug and crime. Disc golf traffic=less crime/drug use in an area. There are a ton of supporting stats on how the sport is growing. Get a signed patition from a couple thousand with local companies supporting it too. Sometimes if you can spit up the cost with companies, the city, the club, and maybe a grant the city is more likely to be supportive of the project vs them paying for everything. Let the City or organization know that you are willing to help with funds, maintenance, and communtiy outreach. City's don't like to be told what to do, take demands, or respond to negativity.

It was changed last January, but discgolfscene has not been updated. Feel free to contact the Edora contact, NoCo club, for questions concerning hole 9, the other placements for holes 7-12, and the new course sign. I don't think it is perfect at all, it used to be.
