The Rookery Run, masterly designed18-hole disc golf course, is part of the Newbold Outdoor Recreation Area in the Town of Newbold. Rookery Run is partially located on a landfill closed over 40 years ago. Picnic tables, benches, trash and recycling receptacles and privy are on the premises. Three monarch way stations can be found near or on the way to fairways for holes 3, 5 and 6. A hiking/snowshoe trial with two bridges encircle the disc golf course.
