I bought my house two years ago and only now can I even talk about it. It should have been easy. I bought the house I already lived in from my friend. Harvey Grutman was a nightmare. He was an hour late for our first appointment knowing that I had to be at work. I should have walked out then. It took 115 days to close (some of that was due to a crappy appraisal and I have to give Harvey some credit for helping us with that.) He refused to tell me when we could close and I was waiting to open my own business so it delayed a lot of really important things. More than anything, he was cruel. He actually made me cry once when he said that my $143,000 Home purchase "wasn't even worth (his) time." He wouldn't communicate that he needed something and then would actually yell at me for not giving it to him to the point where I had to ask him to put our correspondence in writing so he couldn't say he'd told me something he certainly didn't. Seriously, if you're considering using Harvey as your loan officer, RUN!!! He's terrible.

This course was the first course I ever played. However as a regular now, I feel qualified to rank this an A+. I’ve been playing since I was a young lad, and I hit my first ace here at hole 9.

I’ve been to many courses since but none get my engines revved like Lake Liganore.

The ambiance is the best part. Often I can ask other partakers for a twisted tea and they oblige.

Hole 7 has the perfect curvature for truly challenging amateur players. But hole #2 has some to be desired.

However the fact that I actually picked up a beautiful woman here makes it take the cake. Lovely local woman invited me back one Friday night as her husband and her are swingers. I’ll never think of Finn Drive the same…

What makes this course so spectacular is the ambiance. A true beauty comparable only to Sydney Sweeney.

It is a private 9 hole course and your car may be towed if you are not a resident of the community. I gave this a F- to bring down the ratings just to be fair to other courses that are far superior and have legit reviews. I play all the courses in the Maryland area. Don't waste your time here.
