Being a 9-hole, short course, it is nice for what it is - family/beginner friendly. When I went to play it, the rains had been a-pouring for a few days before, so the Kalamazoo River was a little expanded in the waist, so to speak & it flooded out holes 4, 5 & 6. And these were the holes I really wanted to try out. They have some character, from what I could see of them - short, yet technical. My wheelhouse. The other holes are straightforward with little challenge for the experienced disc golfer. The baskets are a common sight for anyone who has been playing around GR lately, Innova 28 chain Discatchers. The teepads are not great - framed sandboxes. May need to revisit installing something a little more durable at some point. But at least these allow for possibly doing a redesign of the course with little fuss. For someone just starting out, this course will be just the right size, for now.
3/13/19 - After having played it a few more times (& with course designer John Clark) the teebox issue is better than it was, so I am amending my grade. Still a nice little 9-holer, great for beginners.
