For the small number of people that I assume likely play and maintain the course, it's quite decent. Good looking, rough cut, with a bit of rolling terrain. The back 9 uses many of the same baskets as the front. Baskets are old, single chain layer disc catchers.
Plan on spending a significant amount of time looking for discs, on and off the fairways. If you do go into the woods....good luck :)
I think some of the distances are over measured, and are shorter than listed. My only real complaint is that the back 9 is very difficult to figure out. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out where 13, 14 & 15 were. I'm not sure there was an actual 13 basket. 15 doesn't appear to have a fairway. Just a green. But 14 was pretty slick.
Experienced players will find most holes easy to birdie. Have fun!
UPDATE: I went back and measured two holes of the holes with a wheel in a direct line from tee to basket: Hole 1, listed at 310 ft was 263 ft. Hole 5, listed as 310 ft. was 277 ft. Just an FYI
