B+ josh fender Jun 2020 Unique to the tri-state area as the entire course is flat with the exception of one hole. Some lengthy holes to start that are open with a few trees, then transitioning into mostly wooded holes by hole 8 and for the remainder of the course. Turf tees on the first 7 holes.
