Good use of a small area, great short course with a mix of wooded and open shots for beginner every hole had nice new tee pads,new baskets, and new signs telling you were next basket is.
Two blocks away from my nephew and his two kids i gave him a few disc :)

Hole 7 is a very tight mando hole throwing away from the street this can be widened a bit more to the right.
