All concrete tee pads and signage in place now. Fair mix of short and long, though no monster fairways here, longest is 465. Starts out with a pair of open holes with strict OB's marked and an 'island' on hole #2. Then into the woods. The wooded section is tight making it easy to get in trouble right off the tee box. It's a good layout for the space they have and lots of trees and tight fairways will reward good controlled shots. Kicking out to get an open shot is often a good play - holes #11 and #13 are par fours so even if you have to kick out a par is still manageable. Finally out of the woods at hole #15 with a few more open shots over undulating terrain. Wind was a factor for me on those last few each time I've visited which made those open shots trickier than they looked on paper. Power throwers would probably appreciate some serious distance shots, but with 5 open holes they'll have some ace opportunities. Control players will appreciate the equalizer opportunities in the wooded section.
