Played for the 1st time today. Really liked it.
Pros: Cement tee pads, hole maps/distance. Nice layout, mostly very easy to navigate. Hole #18 which is a 589' bomb shot into a fairway as wide enough to land a Jumbo jet. Pro Shop (but only open 3:30 pm to dusk.)
Cons: Just some minor ones: 1. For a course only 3 years old, it seemed very weathered. 2. The course is mainly designed for beginners/intermediate level players. Pros probably tear up this course getting scores of like -14 or better, I'd say. I'm an intermediate level player and I parred it (58). 3. Hole #18 is awesome, but it's parred wrong. It's a par 5, should be a 3 or 4. I grip-locked my drive, put my disc deep in the woods about 200' down the fairway, had to take a drop and still parred the hole making no spectacular approach shot or anything. LOL. 4. Found 2 fairways for Hole #15. 2 separate Tee pads, 2 separate baskets. Both fairways next to each other, parallel. Thought that was weird.
Overall though, really liked the course. I'd play it again if it wasn't so far from my house. Not much going on in the Brookfield, NH area, kind of in the middle of nowhere.
