Great use of a community park. A little bit of everything (tree's, long holes, technical shots and water) make it a fun but somewhat challenging course. Plenty of trash cans, drinking fountains, rest rooms and a gazebo for BBQ's. A family park means a bit of pedestrian traffic but they all were so courteous and friendly to the disc golfers. The Wheat City Throwdown alternate pads will make your game more intense. Beautifully maintained, great signage and new tee-pads make this small park a must play!

I am from Roseburg and have played Whistlers Bend park and Riverfront park for yrs. (lots of trees). Also I've played columbia park in tri cities Wa. I would have to say the layout of the back nine is awesome. Having to throw the contour of the hill on hole 12, I believe, is alot more difficult than it looks. over all its the best course for this area. Absolutely no trees on the back nine and very few on the front nine. the back nine could also use a brush hog lol Very nice job designer

The tougher side of the two courses! Lots of elevation changes in a small area plus an always changing wind can make this course a challenging one. No real obstacles to speak of except the tree"s on a few holes. Again, The Wheat City Throwdown lay-out can be a real game changer! New tee-pads (rubber over concrete) are awesome. Lots of hard work by the course crew (Robert and company) and the soon to be added grass fairways will be even better. Great work Guys!!

One the tee pads are in the course will be awsome. If you don't know how to play elevation and in the wind you'd better learn. Plays different from the moring to the afternoon because of wind. Some nice longer holes that the Rotary Course makes it more of a challange. Some trees or man made obstructions would make it great.
