B- Dean Hass Jul 1 Fun little short course, just needs the rough hit with a brush hog every so often because right now your disc disappears.
A- Josh Grunlund Feb 2024 Technical, but not as short as advertised. Great for spring or fall. Thorns off most fairways so might not come here in the summer. Loved it.
B+ Jeffrey Knickerbocker Mar 2023 nice maintained fairways but the ruff is extra ruff.
C chris Dauterman Apr 2022 I left my orange and white on course 3-30-22. This was Christmas present form my son if you fine it call me at 517-392-7910 I will trade you other disc's for it thanks christ D.

A short, wooded and moderately technical state park course with multiple narrow lines and relatively tight fairways. The shaping of shots around first available trees is a must to stay out of the dens ... show more ›

I love this course, but I am 1. A nature /tree lover, and 2. Tight wooded technical course fan.. I am in disbelief that this ranks lower than Ella Sharp. The latter was a huge disappointment, and this ... show more ›

Well maintained, wooded with some open huge shots, huge tunnel shots and a mixture of FH and BH. Hyzer Flips and Flicks, Turn Overs too. Only played here a few times but eager to find new ways to scor ... show more ›
B+ Justin Walters Aug 2018 Concrete tee pads and Chainstar baskets. Wooded course. Rough get bad in the summer so prepare for poison ivy and mosquitoes(Common in MI). State pass required for entry or daily fee. Disc golf is free to play
A+ Tim L. Jun 2018 This is one of my favorite courses, but OMG, the mosquitoes are SO BAD this year. You seriously will need a half bottle of bug spray to play here June-August. I would recommend long pants, long sleeves, and a head net. It's that bad.
A Paul DISC-OR-DIE Holstein Oct 2017
I'm giving this course an A because it's my kind of course. Mostly mid-range (Buzzz) drives, this is a short highly wooded course. Not hard to get some really good scores, I think I had -4 playing ... show more ›
B David Buckley Mar 2018 The address is 11700 not 12226.
B+ Nicholas George Fucinari Mar 2017 Short wooded course. Have to hit your lines. Was a fun round.
A- Ryan Klootwyk Mar 2016 Fun course. Mostly shorter holes but variety throughout. Very similar to Newaygo State Park Course. One of my new favs since moving to the Jackson, MI area.

B Jason 'Skip Scoob' Cassidy Aug 2015 Definitely a beginner friendly course, if you want to work on your control and midrange shots this course will challenge you with that. Average hole is 250ft. Nice course for the amount of land that was given.
B Jay Austin Jan 2015 Difficult Round crunchy snow.22 deg.
B Chad klavinger Sep 2014 Love the course it hates me bugs are A-holes other than that solid b watch out for that tree.
A- Nick O Jul 2014 Anyone who rates this course anything less is probably a horribly inaccurate player. The course is very narrow, most holes are no more than 30 feet wide, but every hole is basically a challenging ace run. Except on Hole 11, which is roughly 22 feet wide and 510 feet long. That one was kind of dumb.
B+ Jim Bastian Jul 2014 nice course great layout
A- Ryan Mcpherson May 2014 Deffinatly worth a drive for the tournement I played in
B Adam Kriesberg May 2014 Short technical course, was nearly empty when I played. Good practice shaping shots.
B- Josh Romine Aug 2013 Good short track. Bugs were bad. Could use a little work off the fairways. The rough is very difficult in places to get into. The 500 footer is a really nice hole. They kinda packed in the 18 but there is a lot of room here to expand to 36 if the state park system was interested.
B+ Joey Rumsey May 2013 Bring your bug spray cause those skeeters are hhhhhooorrible
B+ Skyler Stoker Feb 2014 This place changes big time with the seasons and I love it . Fair holes, nice variety, and overall fun to play.

A Ben Ross Dec 2012 Course looks good. Beautiful day...sun was shining. Lots of leaf piles to lose your discs in so be careful out there. Lost a sidewinder on hole 2 a while ago that I'd like to get back.
B Michael Cox Sep 2012 Target shooting course, great for learning control and accuracy, only one hole over 500, lots of trees in play.
B Brian Carter May 2012

B+ Eric Daum May 2011 I love the course at Grass Lake, all of the holes are fairly short, but seeing that it is placed in the woods, it is quite challenging with many narrow fairways. this is one course where your putting game had better be on!
B+ lyle downing May 2011 spotless no garbage little casuals tight lines, thick shrub on side of fairways makes it kinda touchy with a good mixture in the distances but good mid course with a couple more long holes and scorecards could of been rated a little higher
B Ben Calhoun Mar 2011 Good winter course, short somewhat technical shots test all throws. Teepads aren't very good but they have them. Good signage, state park facilities. Quick and easy great flow. Too much ivy to be played in spring/summer.
B PAAAAAUUUUULL Novak Jan 2011 Great Course! First time playing here!
A- Joel Coppernoll Jan 2011 It is a sweet course during the fall and spring. Summer kind of sucks. The bugs and poison ivy are horrible. So bad, I go maybe, twice all summer. The park said they are working n the bugs though.
B Scott White Mar 2023 The state of affairs at Waterloo is looking up. Was that just a cool hole?
