The course was just OK. Half the course is open field shots that gets kinda repetitive. The back nine was a lot better then the front nine. Back nine holes are played through the woods making it a lot more technical. The front nines field needs to be mowed down. Also, there where about 20 beer cans laying around each tee pad. Tee signs and "next tee signs" are a must as well. With all that being said, I can see all the time that people have put in recently to improve the course. thank you for all that you do to help this sport.

This course is in such bad shape we had to quit after 4 holes. What is the park system doing? They have a tractor with a mower parked next to the dam. The grass around the dam is mowed and no one goes there. They can't mow a little bit around the disc golf course? The majority is one field anyway, it wouldn't be that hard. The grass was literally over our heads in many places. What are they doing with the $6 entry fee anyway. Here is another course that had great potential and wonderful scenery next to the lake and no one cares.

if it wasn't for the wind off the lake, the mud, the lack of teepads, the single row of chains on most baskets, the crazy route, the lack of signage, and the ridiculously long field shots i would give a higher score and probably would have gotten a better score ;) but that all said, i love this place, with its epic view and all the woodsy holes are gorgoeus , if you like that sort of technical golf.

The course definitely needs to get signs if you don't play with someone who has figured out the layout good luck ever making it through a round here. Get some signs in and some pads and this course would score a lot higher but still worth playing.

For intermediate to advanced players. A novice player is going to lose some discs in here - we found one and almost lost one and we were spotting pretty good. They give you a map but you better be very adept and reading maps to navigate it. The course is super long and spread out and the grassy fields aren't well mowed in some areas. The field areas are mostly huge straight bombs and the wooded areas are very technical at some holes. I had a great time until tee box 16 wear I got stung/bit by either bees or hornets. It was bad, we called it quits after that. This course could be so much better, but still a fun way to spend 2.5 hrs as long as you don't get stung. Bring your machete.

Hole 3 had a basket location that was a little strange. Same with basket 16. All in all really enjoyed the course. Will play again very soon. HAVE A SPOTTER!!!

Absolutely gorgeous landscape around the course with Hagg Lake. No Teebox, just a piece of wood in the ground showing the end of said "teebox". Super fun big bomber holes to just crush some drives and then insanely technical holes in the woods. Some poison oak is out there and the grass gets waist high in the summer so hit up the course now, in the winter, when the grass is low and the poison oak is "asleep". Map/course info needs to be upadated but again, this course is incredibly fun.(in my opinion)

Then in to the woods. A rough few holes in the rough woods of Forest Grove Oregon, and then a big hike back to a few more rough holes, to a few more field shots. Super wet right now, but what do you expect here at this time of year. (12/9/12)

Still has a Lot of Extra Space and Walking between Hole's, was Hoping a Redesign would have fixed that. altogether C+ to a Solid B. We'll see you again Hagg

The Direction here is much better, It Still has a Lot of Extra Space. Tee signs are in and Tee Pads are ok some just are not level and all are gravel. There is a really long walk from 9 pin to 10 tee. F+ to C+, I'll be back.

(First Question... Who in the Hell put this Course together???? I felt as I finished the Front 9 Holes, That I just Finished a Round at Horning's Gold Course "Meadows". No Direction here what so ever... There's enough space here to make 36 Holes EASY! No Sign's, No Tee's, had to walk a Whole Hole to go from a Pin to the next Tee, STUPID. The Baskets Suck... Man I'm super disappointed in even making the trip for this Place. Unless some real changes are made... I WILL NOT BE BACK :( Also I didn't Finish the Last 3 Hole's Cause I swear it was at least another Mile n a Half to the Car From 16's Tee. F+ )

Other Thoughts: TIP!!! TO BYPASS THE LONG WALK FROM #8'S BASKET TO #9'S TEE BOX... SIMPLY WALK UP THE HILL FROM #8'S BASKET JUST PAST #16'S TEE BOX ABOUT 30 FEET INTO THE WOODS (YOU'LL SEE #15'S OUTLET MARKED BY A 4X4 2 FOOT WOOD POST) THEN GO DOWN #15'S FAIRWAY TO #9'S TEE BOX TO THE LEFT ( YOU CAN SAVE ABOUT 15-MINUTES OF WALKING ) IF USING COURTNEY'S MAP

tip # 2 take the 1st left after the toll both towards boat ramp "C" if you go strait you have to drive the majority of the lake's road. (if you chose this route the disc golf sign is not readable)

this by far has been the most challenging course ive played. it also has been one of the most beautiful courses i've played. i would say its a cross between the 3 horning's hideout courses with the endurance/commitment of milo mcgiver.

this course/park is a 5 buck day pass. it also offers many hiking/biking trails and fishing. you can even rent boats to fish which makes it a nice park for non discgolf players to have other options/activities to do while you are playing.

the best way i can describe the course would to be a lot of hiking w/ scattered holes along the way of the heavily wooded fairways/paths offering 5 to 6 bland long bomber holes in open fairways. (i can see this course being extremely worse/harder to play during full plant growth of summer/fall).

1/7/16 The course is AMAZING! Field is mowed very short and does have the seasonal goose poo but the course is looking GREAT! Last Summers course rebuild has taken hold and a pleasure to play. Pads need some gravel and a little love. Gotta give it an A!! Play this course soon!!
