Who is ready for some Friday A/B Doubles?!?! THEY'RE BACK! Starting this Friday March 19th Friday Doubles will be back at Oak Ledges @ Lincoln Park! 5:30pm sharp start. PLEASE be at course & checked in by 5:20pm or have someone tell us you're coming. $5 plus $1 optional ace pot. We'll be using UDisc for scoring so please set up an account if you plan on attending. First off, love playing here. Fun, challenging, and scenic. Just played here again today, and had a great time, but we always get confused on holes 14 and 15. The sign for 14 seems like the distance is nowhere near correct, especially if the mando left towards the road is in play for 14. There is also an unmarked teepad about halfway between 14's tee and basket, on the left near the road. Is this supposed to be for 15, along with the mando? Because we couldn't find a tee pad for 15, aside from the area (which is not marked) that was used for an event back in the summer, across the road, diagonally from 14s basket. Can anyone help clarify the proper layout here?

Well we weren't expecting to hear back from the city as previously mentioned we were initially told within 2 days. The city has gotten back to us and has made the decision to close Oak Ledges DGC @ Lincoln Park for the foreseeable future. Once we safely remove the baskets the city will release a statement.
Please be respectful of the city's decision. Thank you to those who have practiced the proper social distancing & not playing in large groups. I know this stinks for you but the saying goes all it takes is one person to ruin it for everyone & that's unfortunately is what happened in this situation.

It was that kind of morning and I dropped a bright orange Boss driver right in the middle of the little retention pond by 18. I think my name and number are on it, but if it floats to the edge and someone grabs it, I'd love to have it back. It was right smack in the middle when I left.

Come out and tame the beast at Portage Lakes DG every Thursday @6:00pm...

All the left over discs from last year's Chain Shot are gone. CTP's will now be cash payout. CTP cash is donated money and the only thing you need to do is be in the $1 ace fund and you are automatically in the 2 CTP's. CTP's are hole 1 and 8 at $10 each. Ace fund is now at $158+. Been getting good turnouts.
