This course was recently manicured which was long overdue. I play this course quite a bit in the fall, winter, and spring but it can be a nightmare in the summer. Hopefully, they will maintain this course now after all of the work that was put into it. Most of the time we play this course we have it to ourselves. I have never seen more than two other groups playing it at once. It's all in the woods so make sure you wear pants. Thorn bushes aren't as bad as they once were but you will still find some. I love this technical course. If you hit your line, you might leave with an ace!!! 86 out of 100.

This might be a good late fall early spring course but don't play it in mid July the pros where it was played out alright with some challenging hole set ups, but the negatives might be to many to count, it cost 3 dollars to get in the park and there's no mowed fairway the briars are all over the trail it took me 20 min to find my first throw and it was a good throw you definitely need to buddy play this course and spot every throw I will be back but not till winter, head my warning dunt play this course in the summer unless it starts to get maintained better

This is a course where you can go to practice your fairway drivers and mid ranges, I used my distance drivers 2 or 3 times and I really didn't need to then. This course also has potential, I played it in early spring so it was not overgrown but I could see it becoming overgrown quickly. If it was maintained a bit more that would be awesome. Also it was slightly confusing where to go, they do provide a map and a scorecard but that didnt help much, if they had little signs pointing where the basket was and where the next teepad is that would make this course alot better.

It is a tight course, you have the potential to get decent scores if you can control your throws. Give this place a try, it really makes ya work on different things!

This course has great potential, I had fun because of the variety and technical nature. A bush hog would go along way, in clearing the vegetation and briars. Played in the winter, I imagine discs and fellow discers get lost in the summer. Anywhere off the fairway, plan to donate blood, prickly plants galore on every hole. Hard to find hole 1, over by the softball diamonds. I would highly recommend playing with a spotter or someone who knows the course, navigation is non existent. The teepads are world class and a nice addition. If you like short, technical, off the beaten path, quiet day in the woods, hucking plastic. Get to know Dr.Lawless.

This course has a chance to be a B+/A- pretty easily. It's Technical, great layout, and not very difficult to find your way (only 1 hole was an issue, and that's only cause we didn't see the other path after putting).

The bad...the underbrush. If more people played to hold the underbrush back (or whomever manages the course were to clear it out a few times a year), this course would be great. It's a shame, but with Three Rivers so close and well maintained by a Club, you can see how this one (a ways out there) can get neglected.

Give it a chance, definitely a good course to test your technical shots!

This course actually has improved since the introduction of cement pads a couple of years ago and an improved layout, however, it isn't managed so briars and understory vegetation get out of control out here in the summer, and mosquitos get really bad. Also, the baskets are Mach-2s, which are absolute garbage to putt on. If the baskets were replaced with something decent, like Chainstars, and the vegetation was controlled, I actually could see this being a pretty decent course. As is though, it's not that great, and a good place to lose a disc or get your legs all torn up on.

One basket was laying on the ground and Rayce and I put it in the ground for the hole (prob will fall over when someone hits a long putt) If this course had better signs and arrow, cement, and the pins marked correctly, it would be a B, but I had to grade it down for those things. Give Dr Lawless a try though.
