River Bends
Utica, MI · 1 course · 27 holes
Course Conditions
Ok
Summer 2022 has seen a major uptick in the poison ivy in the near ruff of the course. in addition a number of fairways have narrowed with the encroaching brush.
Good
The river is high and some of the ground is wet and muddy. The brush has grown in quickly since Spring time. A few puddles on the front 18.
Skipped the back 18 where there were much bigger puddles and more mud.
Mosquitos are hatching from all the standing water.

Bad
Course is super wet from rain, the river is swollen. It’s not a good time to lose a disc at riverbends. Suggest bringing boots and towels. Lot of standing water easy to lose a disc throughout the course. Course is playable but the conditions are extremely poor.
Bad

Bad
The river is still above it’s normal banks but the course is playable. Lots of water, mud and some ice is still around. Definitely wear boots and bring provisions to clean your disk. I’d suggest waiting until Monday but all the opaque standing water has left & the course is playable.
Awful
River is well above the banks. Majority of the course is completely underwater. Not a good day for riverbends. Check back Sunday or Monday.
Bad
The course is super icy and muddy. Strongly suggest waking up early and throwing while the ground is still frozen or be prepared to walk through very thick mud anytime after 9:30 AM. River is high and murky but manageable. Bring provisions to clean your disc. Water bottle & rag etc...
