A- Mike Ignace May 2024 Great course. Good work out too . Lots of elevation changes.
A- Ed McBride May 2024
My first time here yesterday and it's a terrific course. Well maintained. Signage on each hole with distance and layout. Plenty of benches. The course is moderately challenging with tight fairways and ... show more ›
A Garett Patria May 2024 Beautiful! Great mix of elevation and flat terrain with genuine up north woods scenery and challenging shots. Very clean and peaceful. Only saw one other group of golfers besides us all day.
D+ Steve O May 2023
Really conflicted about rating this course this poorly. I would rate it F-, except for the fact that there is a beautiful park and surroundings that the course is set in. It is a BEAUTIFUL setting, am ... show more ›
B+ Pete Crist May 2021 Loved it! Fun lines and elevation changes.
A Jacob McDowell Feb 2019 Awesome course in the least suspecting place! Overall amazing place to play
A Willy C Aug 2018 Great course, awesome holes, pretty easy fun hike as well
B- Zach B. Jul 2018 Cool course. Could use a few more holes out in the open
A Jake Waxer Jul 2018 Great use of elevation. Tight lines, risky basket placements. Must play
A Shane Miller Dec 2017 Challenging but fun!
A Chad Jones Aug 2017 A great course!!!
A Ira E Jun 2017
Absolutely fantastic course! This is a great piece of land, making for a beautiful course! Good range of shots, from 450 foot open shots, to 150 foot heavily wooded shots. Really tricky greens with lo ... show more ›
B+ Eugene Zainea Sep 2016 Hilly and not to difficult
A+ Greg Hammond Jul 2016 What an AWESOME course! Beautiful, wooded setting. Well-maintained tees and baskets. Accurate signage with each hole mapped out. Truly a gem of a course!
A- Trevor "Doppler" Dixon Jul 2016 Lots of hiking, nice course though
A Brendan Toggweiler Jul 2016 Amazing scenery and cool hole layouts
B+ Rick Gzesh Jun 2016 Very nice 18 hole course on rolling hills and interesting shots. I liked it as there were only 3 or 4 holes over 300 feet which means this old arm has a chance. Nice concrete pads and signs. Very easy to follow but some baskets are not visible from Tee.
A Lee Thomas Dec 2015 amazing course!! lots of trees uprooted and down from severe storms this summer but it was such a beautiful and fun course!!!
A Phil Britton Aug 2016 This is in my top 5 courses statewide. Course is beautiful and fun. Nice mix of open bombers and shorter technical shots through the rolling hills in the woods. Some holes are deceptively easy, since a missed putt can roll 100' downhill. Love this course.
A Mike Spagneto Aug 2015 Hell yes this course was so sick.
A Mikal Morris Aug 2018 Very nice mix of holes. Mostly wooded except the first 3 and last 2 holes and 1 in between.
A Tilley's Disc Golf Nov 2022 Cement Pads are in. Go play it. Feels like a whole different course!
A Michael Elmore May 2017 let's put in the cement pads and get an A rating. updated pads are in. now storm clean up. Update 2017. This is one of the most beautiful up north Michigan courses. Pads in. Benches in places. Course clean with trash bins at most tee pads.
B- Jerimiah Mack Jul 2014
Tee pads were rarely suitable. In fact, after hole #3, you would be better off avoiding them altogether. Few were level. All were either slippery with sand or mud, or they were 3'x3' squares. Elevatio ... show more ›
B+ Jay B Jun 2014 Course is awesome, would bave rated it an A if there was concrete pads instead of sandy flypads
B+ Steve Nolff Oct 2013
Wonderful course. Not another soul on the course on a Saturday afternoon. Great use of the elevation and area. Tee pads were fine, even wet. Only problem were the toolbag soccer parents. Has to b ... show more ›
B Forrest Omland May 2014 Very nice course. Played here for first time in tournament.
A Justin Olson Sep 2013 Beautiful elevations and technical. Needs textured cement tee-pads. Great course.
A- Nick Wickham Jun 2013 Needs concrete pads but other than that, pretty fun.
A Ben Tschudy Jun 2015 Fun hills & woods with some open shots and hardly ever a wait on any hole. Great layout & elevation changes w/ good risk/reward factors. Definitely one of my all-time favorites now that we put cement teepads in!
A DETROIT Duchon Apr 2013 A must play . I had a great time throwing this with my wife . This beautifully secluded course has it all . More good Michigan golf !
B Angel Gilbert Aug 2012 played in 2006
B Roger K Aug 2012 Tough but fair. Live down state and was up in the area for a weekend getaway. Nice elevation changes and the woods are fun as long as you can see where your disc land. Finished +6 and was happy with that. Would play again.
A- Jeremy Reisig Jul 2012
This course plays very well. While it does give a very wooded feeling, this course offers some holes out in the meadow. Great variety of doglegs, tight lines, elevation, and unique hole designs. Cemen ... show more ›
B Joal Kozma Jul 2012 Rubber tee pads need to go. I would prefer natural.
B+ Brian Mulnix May 2012 Solid A with different tee pads.
A- Kerry Hanley Mar 2012 This coarse needs TRASH CANS!!! Because people are idiots and throw there garbage on the ground. Too bad or it would be in the top 10 of Michigan.
A+ Keith Aten Oct 2011 Fun Course
B+ Zachary Vaughn Nov 2011 I give this more love due to the fact that it has such horrible tees. With concrete, this course would border perfection when it comes to course design vs. land. A hidden wonder in a mildly visited course.
A Mike Shields Aug 2011 Great course layout
B- Duncan Gervin Jul 2011 Long grass is a terrible thing. Other than that this course is great.
B Ryan Lepley Jun 2013 Might bump this course up if it had concrete tee pads. Like the layout though! challenging but rewarding.
B+ Richard Little Apr 2013 great course, its a gem in tc nobody knows about or dont feel like driving 15 mins to play
A Josh Wieschowski Jun 2011 I agree, cement tees would make an A+. Short, long, open, tight, up, down, this course has it all with plenty of natural beauty all around. This is one of my favorites. Again, trash is all around, carry a plastic bag and help cart out some trash!
A- Josh Allen Jun 2011 Great course only real con where the tee pads. rubber mats and sand don't work well together. Pretty course with lots of elevation.
B+ Scottie Reslock Jun 2011 If they had cement pads this course would get an "A"
B+ Brian O May 2011 Great course with lots of elevation and variety. Bring a big arm and lots of finesse to get through this one anywhere near par.
A Jason Karle Apr 2011
A great course but the rubber mats are terrible, would be better with natural tees. they are like ice!!! Would be nice if the park service or some locals were to put out some trash cans or pick up aft ... show more ›
A- Kyle Mihatsch - Highland Groves DGC Jul 2015 Classic northern michigan disc golf course. Tight, technical and wooded. most holes have a closed ceiling which makes you throw low accurate shots. There are many deucable holes, but there plenty of chances for bogeys if you get off the fairway. Good baskets with good placements leave fun putts.
